Thalamus are going to play at this years
Sweden Rock Festival. We are playing
on the Gibson stage on thursday 4 june
at 16.00. We hope too see you all there.

New gigs added to the list. Things are
looking up for us, and finally we get to
hit the road to bring you True, Heavy
Rock.

Thanks to all the bands and all the
lecturers at the workshops for
Project six. We had a great weekend
and are now looking forward to the
next sessions. And thanks to all the
people in Karlstad and to the personel
@ Nöjesfabriken who enjoyed the
concerts.

Thalamus will play back-to-back gigs on
the 17 April. First we will play @ Arenan in
Falun on a showcase with Project six,
Then we go to Borlänge to play a gig later
that night with Skyride and Dregen from
Backyard Babies is guest DJ.

We are going into the studio on the 21
February to start the recording on
Volume 2 (Unnamed). We are going to
work with Roberth Ekholm as our
producer and we have great
expectations about this album. We feel
that Thalamus have grown musically a
great deal scince the last album and the
sound has altered slightly towards the
bluesier side. But we feel that the songs
are better written and will bring our
sound to a whole new level. We'll keep
you posted.

Dates for showcases are now in, and we
will start off in Karlstad on the 28 February
@ Nöjesfabriken. Other gig dates will be
found on the gigs page.

Thalamus are picked out as one of the
bands to join Innovation Music Networks,
Project six. IMN will launch Thalamus
internationally and help us with
professionals from the industry to guide us
in the business. Showcases in sweden are
in the planning and we hope for great
exposure for Thalamus in TV, Radio and
media in general.

Please velcome our newest member Håkan
Danielsson to the band. Håkan will
complete the line-up of Thalamus bringing
the almighty organ sound to the mix.
